The Emotional Regulation group therapy program is designed to help participants understand and manage their emotional responses more effectively. This structured, small-group environment provides a supportive space to explore how emotions influence thoughts, behaviours, and relationships.
Through guided discussions and evidence-informed exercises, participants learn practical tools for identifying emotional triggers, reducing reactivity, and developing healthy coping strategies. The group setting encourages shared experiences, empathy, and mutual growth, allowing each member to build greater awareness and resilience in handling life’s challenges.
