The Procrastination group therapy program helps participants understand the emotional and psychological factors that contribute to avoidance and difficulty initiating tasks. Through guided exploration and skill-building exercises, the group aims to uncover the underlying causes of procrastination, such as fear of failure, perfectionism, or low motivation, and replace them with practical strategies for progress and accountability.
Participants will learn techniques for breaking down tasks, managing self-criticism, and improving focus and follow-through. The group setting offers encouragement, shared insight, and gentle accountability, creating an environment that supports meaningful change over time.
