Holotropic Breathwork® is an experiential practice that combines accelerated breathing, evocative music, and focused bodywork to support expanded states of consciousness and personal exploration. Guided by trained facilitators, participants are invited to engage in deep inner work that may bring insight, emotional release, or a renewed sense of connection.
Each session offers a structured and supportive environment where participants alternate between the roles of breather and sitter, ensuring safety and mutual care throughout the experience. The process encourages a holistic understanding of the self, integrating body, mind, and spirit. Participants often find the experience valuable for self-discovery, emotional healing, and spiritual growth.
Instructions & Etiquette
Please arrive 20 minutes early to allow time for orientation and settling in. Wear comfortable clothing suitable for movement and rest. Participants are encouraged to bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and water bottle. Light snacks will be available during breaks. It is recommended to avoid alcohol, caffeine, or heavy meals before the session. Confidentiality and respect for each participant’s process are essential.
